Subsurface Scattering Test in Vray
Quick project I did during the Christmas holidays to try the Vray Fast SSS2 shader in Maya. I used a scanned head model from Infinite-Realities which can be downloaded for free here: ir-ltd.net/infinite-3d-head-scan-released/. It is probably the most commonly used model for this purpuse. I also found some really useful tips from tutorials by Adam Lewis and Jon Tojek on Digital Tutors.
